terms of service

  • Payment is in USD or MXN, upfront, and Paypal invoice only. (Transferencia bancaria aplicable para clientes Mexicanos)

  • Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or AI generative training. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or generative artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.

  • Turnaround time: 2-4 weeks. If my queue is busy and you are unsure about the completion status of your commission you can always refer to my Trello.

  • You will be sent WIPs via Twitter/Tumblr/Discord DMs in case corrections need be made. These are free of charge. Drastic changes late stages of completion into a commission will be charged accordingly.

  • In the dire case that I am unable to finish your commission, you will be notified ASAP to arrange a partial or complete refund.

  • Commissions are for non-profit personal use only. This means that you may use commissioned art for: avatars, headers, web design, personal apparel and personal cozies.

  • You may post commissioned art to personal galleries with credit where it's due.

  • You agree to me, the artist, reusing and reposting commissioned art for portfolio purposes.

  • By commissioning me, the artist, you agree to all of the above.
